Need colonoscopy : The possibilities include inflammatory bowel disease, endometriosis, diverticular disease and something related to the tumor to name a few. Sounds like you need a colonoscopy. Anemia : With crohn's disease the autoimmune process may create destruction of rbcs in the bloodstream. Not sure yet: I strongly suggest you have your child see his/her pediatrician.
