Dr. Som Kohanzadeh answered:

Is there a stomach virus that causes excessive burping & heartburn?

Yes

Stomach
Most stomach ulcers are associated with a bacteria known as Helicobacter pylori (H. Pylori). And that treating it is the first line of care for most people who are diagnosed with stomach ulcers carrying this bacteria. In fact the diagnosis and treatment has been so effective, in addition to the use of new medications to decrease and block stomach acid that stomach surgery for ulcers is rare now.

I'm vegan & healthy, yet having GI problems for a week now. I have dull pain/fullness in stomach after eat, excess gas & burping. Could it be a virus?

Most likely not

Pain
Possible due to increased acid secretion in the stomach. Viral gastroenteritis would also cause diarrhea or abdomen cramping pain. If OTC medication such as Maalox, Mintox and Prilosec OTC did not help after few days - 1 week, please see your physician. There is a bacteria called H. pylori which can cause inflammation of the stomach and small intestine. Not treated, it could also cause cancer.

Can a stomach virus cause acid reflux?

Possible

Gastroenteritis
If you start with a viral illness, the bacterial flora of the gut (good bacteria normally there) can get thrown off balance. Also H.Pylori bacteria can cause reflux issues. Probiotics as well as otc medications for reflux can be helpful. If symptoms last more than 2 wks, see your family physician.

What might cause swollen lymph nodes or stomach virus?

Monitoring Centers

Virus
The lymphatic system absorbs and carries things too big to go into the arteries and veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. The Lymph Nodes "taste" the lymph to see if anything bad is there like bacteria, viruses, cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts. They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react
