Cannot diagnose: Without seeing you, getting a full history and performing an exam and obtaining labs it is unclear whether or not you actually have a viral infection. You are: probably swallowing air!!! Eat SLOWLY and avoid drinking the Gatorade WHILE you are eating the crackers! You are doing the right thing! Keep it up but if not resolving in a WEEK call your PCP! Hope this helps! Dr Z ...Read more
