Where is your: implant? If it is in your abdomen, perhaps your abdominal muscles are twitching because they do not like the hormones there.. Likely normal: It is still best to ask your OB and for explanation and a good exam. As the uterus rises, like any tissue, it causes discomfort and pressures on surrounding tissues even the bladder.
