Stomach Soreness Without Exercise
I worked out yesterday for the first time in 2 years. Along with normal soreness, I have a weird burning in chest/stomach. Is this due to exercise?
Exercise: And burning sensation. This MAY be from your recent workout after not doing so for a long time. It could be from something else so if it continues please see your doc. When we workout we build up lactic acid in our muscles which can cause pain. Be sure to warm up and cool down slowly. Muscle fibers tear and rebuild w/workouts. Peace and good health.

Sore stomach after plank exercise. I just started them yesterday and I woke up and my stomach muscles were sore and achy. Is this normal?
More recovery time: You must be in good enough shape to participate in the plyometeric exercises. If done consistently and regularly, you can build muscle and strength at a faster rate than some other training regimens. There is a higer rate of injury reported with these exercises when unsupervised so I would recomend a trainer or exercise physiologist to guide you through a safe work out for you to meet your goal.
Hi I am 29yrs old I have pain around my navel and stomach I did exercise, do you it could be sore? I don't feel nausea
You may have a small: Hernia. I wouldn't worry too much if it passes and is non tender to touch. If there isa hernia and bowel pops through and gets strangulated u get sick and that's a problem. It sounds ok, if we all went in for soreness there would be no one around to work and healthcare would go through the roof. Low probability of an issue.See 1 more doctor answer

Viremia: More questions from a health professional need to be asked to make sure it is not something serious or neurological. Fibromyalgia?: Fibromyalgia is the most likely diagnosis. This is a very common problem, especially in young women. Be seen: There are multiple potential causes and it may not be from just one cause. Certainly would want to be seen and thoroughly evaluated for an accurate diagnosis.

I'm overweight and the left side of my abdomen is sore from the middle to the lower part on the same side?
See a doctor: There are many causes of abdominal pain, but you need to see a doctor for an exam before a proper diagnosis can be made. Good luck.
When I'm sitting and bend forward my entire abdomen is very sore. Been a few months. Right flank painful as well. What could cause this?
Needs to be checked: Any persistent pain or soreness (unless related to heavy exertion/lifting etc) in your abdomen would worry me in that something is going on inside your belly. So if you have not done any overwork in the last 2 weeks, then a doctor needs to examine your belly to check what is going on. It is easy to find out with a ct scan if there is anything serious going on in your abdomen.See 1 more doctor answer

Lower right side abdomen pain, hurts when lifting up leg 1 night ago, today pain is gone but it feels sored lower r. Side abdomen and back. Why?
Hard to say, but....: It's hard to diagnose on the internet, but if this pain gets worse again, especially if it comes with a loss of appetite and nausea, you need to see a doctor or urgent care right away. Lower right side pain with leg lift + nausea + loss of appetite make drs. Worry about your appendix. Without the nausea/loss of appetite it sounds like you pulled a muscle in your lower back/core.See 1 more doctor answer
