Many possibilities: I don't have enough information to provide a good answer. How long has the pain been present? Any history of injury? What worsens the pain? What makes it better? Well, you had a good: look at the upper and lower gastrointestinal system back in February, but it doesn't sound like you really have a diagnosis yet. This is the highest priority. It's not clear whether your symptoms are coming from the GI tract, the lungs/pleural cavity, or even your heart.
