Yes: While performing the endoscopic exam AIR is introduced to dilate and then properly observe the lining of your upper gastrointestinal tract! Not indicated: If you had endoscopy 5 months ago and did not show anything except positive test for H Pylori.As long as you have been treated for the H Pylori with full course of Antibiotics,you don't need to have a repeat endoscopy.Bloating and acid issue can be treated with Acid suppresser therapy with drugs like Omeprazole or Ranitidine.Talk to your Doctor ...Read more

Probably not serious: If you have had any fever, blood in the diarrhea, faint feeling, or significant weight loss you should see a physician. Depending on where you live and have traveled recently, a parasitic infection is a possibility. Make sure you are well hydrated.
