Possible: It's definitely possible that antral gastritis can be causing your symptoms. If you've done standard imaging and other tests looking for h.Pylori, it might be beneficial to talk with your doctor about getting an endoscopy (if it's been a while since you had your first one ). Multiple: Early shingles, allergic reaction to food, cramps from exercise, (lactic acid build up), abdominal hernia that is expanding than contracting with movement, belt to tight that would cause pain, and when loosened would case itching and pain relieved with twisting and stretching.
