My dad had a spine surgery about three weeks ago & since then he has been vomiting, he had a stomach pain and stomach bloated and has been constipated?

This may be due to: Pain post op, less mobility post op, use of narcotic medication postop or even an ileus residual post op (bowels not fully functioning). If he had an approach thru the abdomen, this is more likely. However, a gastritis or an ulcer can also be triggered from stress of surgery & so can a gallbladder attack. No but get checked: Most likely, you suffered from an episode of reflux, and the acid in your esophagus and stomach caused the pain. At 24, your likelihood of heart disease is low. See below: Are you taking opiates? If not, you may try fleets enema for short term relief. For long term, drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless. You may take fiber laxative like Metamucil and increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.
