My 8 years old son has stomach pain lthat moves around in his stomach, what could this be. I am waiting for the doctor office to open.?

For some people -: The GI tract can be quite reaction to stress. Please work on reducing stress/ anxiety. Talking therapy ranks really high. No: Our brain can't tell the difference in pain signals from heart, esophagus, stomach, duodenum, liver, pancreas, bile ducts, liver, or gallbladder. So illnesses of any of those organs causes upper abdominal pain; gallbladder is most common. Lower abdominal pain can be from small intestine or colon.
