Probably upper GI: The most likely thing is pylorospasm spasm of valve between stomach and duodenum, but peptic ulcer disease, pancreatic disease and gallbladder issues are other likely culprits. Colon issues can a cause if old enough for colonic pathology. Constipation as well. Impossible to say much more without more history. If not constipated, then try either mylanta or prilosec.
