5yr old w/ recurrent stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea. No fever Has happened 3 times in last month but never lasts very long each time. What is it?
Food poisoning?: There are several things a 5 year old with these symptoms could have - food poisoning, viral gastroenteritis, hiatal hernia, other intestinal hernias, infection, inflammatory bowel disease, bacterial illness, the list goes on. Go to your pediatrician and get a checkup to see what could be the problem
Had gallbladder removed 5 weeks ago. Having sharp pain under ribcage in front, nausea, fever, stomach pain, diarrhea, night sweats, loss of appetite.?
See gastroenterology: Even though your gall badder was removed, it is possible to develop and try to pass more stones. A GI doctor can use a scope to get small stones out. If your fever gets above 101 or you can't keep anything down, go to the er. It is a little too long after the surgery to develop complications but strange things can happen.See 1 more doctor answer

Although the: Chances are slim that your symptoms are connected to the anal sexual contact (probably a more common stomach upset (viral or dietary origin) there are sexually transmitted diseases which can be transmitted anally. gonorrhea and non-specific urethrits are examples. If your partner wore a condom as he should have for his own protection, this would diminish that possibility. See your GYN!!See 1 more doctor answer

I've been suffering from stomach pain, diahrea and fever for three days now. How can I help my body fight this infection?
Wish was quick fix!: The stomach "flus" going around don't have any specific cure. There are things, such as keeping yourself well hydrated, that will help you feel better. Keep your diet somewhat bland, but do eat so yor intestine can start to heal. Probiotics have been show to help, as has zinc recently. Most of the stomach preparations and anti-diarrheals don't do to much for you. Rest, fluid, chicken soup....

See a docotor: It is not unusual to experience abdominal pain from muscle strain after 4 days of severe coughing. Still, if the pain is worse when u take a deep breath, or if the pain is worsening even though the cough is improving it could be something else. A cough that is producing thick green mucus might indicate pneumonia or a bad bronchitis. Gallbladder infection won't give you cough but does abdo pain.See 1 more doctor answer
Hi my 12 year old has the stomach flu for a week now and is okay but still has diarrhoea and she still has stomach pain and can't eat any solutions?
Beware of dehydratio: Initially, the most important thing is to avoid dehydration. Watch for urine production, presence of tears and moisture of the mouth, as well as signs of decreased activity or lethargy. Administer oral rehydration fluids, then progress to bland diet If no improvement, seek medical attention.
3 days of stomach pain, and chills on and off, severe nausea but I have not puked nor had diahrrea yet, still sipping water, could this be the flu?
Was taking Dicyclomine and Omeprazole for stomach pain. Stopped taking, and later the same night have stomach flu/diahrea. Coincidence or from meds?
Hard to tell: The doctor who prescribed these drugs needs to diagnose you first before he treats you. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic, and omeprazole reduces the concentration of stomach acid. Omeprazole can have diarrhea as an adverse effect, but I don't think this is the culprit. How do you know you have "stomach flu? " I need more information to diagnose you properly before treating you.
Intense stomach pain, diarreah and nausea. No vomiting. Can I have the stomach flu with no vomiting?
Stomach flu: This is an incredibly non-specific lay term that has very little meaning to a diagnostician. It is often used to allay patients concerns when a specific causative agent cannot be clearly identified. If you have GI symptoms which persist beyond 3-5 days you should see a doctor.
