"classic" GASTRO-COLIC reflex...(ie when you eat something a reflex (hormonal regulator) "PREPARE" your bowel by increase in its MOTILITY (Movement) In some people this is exaggerated and produces CRAMPS! EATING SLOWLY will help but if this get s worse there are anti-spasmodics which can be very helpful!
