After eating, stomach pain/burning travels down abdomen esp. Left and right sides. Abd. Hurts when pressed on. Dr.says too much acid in body. Thoughts?

If u have not been able to eat/drink, u could be dehydrated and thus headaches/dizziness etc. Significant irritable bowel syndrome can do same, but usually this is a long-persistent issue. Poss gallbladder: Difficult to say for sure but persistent symptoms after a big meal that are now occurring every time eat could represent gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, or peptic ulcer disease.
