Need work up ASAP: Passing blood with urine can indicate many possible diagnosis. In situation of gross hematutia with pain (as in your case) , common differential diagnosis would be kidney stone, uti, renal cyst rapture, kidney & urinary bladder tumors and cystitis. Blood in bowels: I assume you mean blood in stool. Regardless, that's never a good thing. You need to get evaluated immediately. Don't wait until you feel faint & pass out from anemia (loss of blood). In meantime, stop taking advil (ibuprofen) as it can lead to stomach ulcers which may be your cause of severe abdominal pains & cramps. Go see your doctor now. Several thoughts.: If stools otherwise look normal in color and consistency, then could be hemorrhoids or anal fissure. If accompanied by diarrhea and episodic, could be ulcerative colitis or other inflammatory colitis. If stools are black and tarry, could be stomach ulcer or gastritis.
