Good news! The only stool colors we get really concerned about are red (blood from colon), black (blood from small intestine or stomach), or white (liver is not working well). Colors such as brown, yellow, orange, green, even blue (blue kool-aid or blueberries) or purple (beets) can all be normal and usually associated with diet or viral illness. If you have a persistent change in your stool habits, you should contact your physician since this could be a sign of an underlying disorder, but a one-time strange stool that is not red, black or white is usually of no concern.

Not related.: The symptoms you're having with your stomach are not related to masturbation. I would try some antacids to see if they help your stomach problem. Two separate issues: The bloating and gas may very well be unrelated to your elevated lipase (two separate issues). Bloating and gas may be due to celiac disease or ibs related. An elevated lipase level may be pancreatic in origin (pancreatitis) but may also have other non-pancreatic sources. Evaluation by a gastroenterologist would be appropriate. ...Read more

Unusual: Pain in the center of the chest relieved by drinking water is characteristic of esophageal spasm, but I haven't encountered this syndrome suggesting transient spasm in the abdomen.
