Having pain after gall bladder surgery, sharp pain in upper abdomen when i take a deep breath, had ct, hida scan & chest xray done, can't find anything?
Be patient : If it is early post surgery, that kind of pain can be due to some fluid or a small amount of blood in the surgical area. If so this will clear up. The tests you had should eliminate the more serious post operative problems, such as pulmonary embolism , bile leak or bike duct injury. Had ct. scan w/oral cntrst of abdomin, all normal. Is CT scan w/ oral contrast reliable of abdomin? Was having bloat and gas. Had ultrasound prior.
For past year severe stomach pain below belly button, has had MRI catscan w/contrast ultrasound upper GI colonoscopy bloodwork xrays. All tests normal?
HIDA scan showed enterogastric reflux. What's next step? Still have severe pain in right abdo, rib, and chest.

UTI probably: Extensive work up is reassuring. Yes chronic cystitis and urinary tract infection could cause low to mid back pain especially if there is an extension causing kidney infection.
