Ultrasound and colon: Bladder area pain needs to have infection ruled out and possible interstitial cystitis needs to be checked. Goes hand in hand with vulvodynia--but all else has to be ruled out. Pelvic pain--get ovaries checked. Colonoscopy. trigger point injection of iliohypogastric nerve can be done in office.
