Precancer: The antrum is that portion of the lower stomach above the pylorus. Having chronic inflammation with extensive intestinal metaplasia is the precursor for developing gastric cancer. Upper EGD came back "normal studay" but below said stomach had chronic inflammation and duedenum had squamous mucosa but no abnormailty.What does mean?
Irritation...: It means you have had some inflammation which is usually caused by excessive acid production. It seems they didn't find any evidence of malignancy( cancer) or ulcers but you have been suffering of ongoing irritation which in the future could lead to other more problematic symptoms. Based on the your description of the endoscopic appearance of your stomach lining it sounds like you have a patchy mild inflammation there.
