Hard to predict: Nausea is often a precursor of vomiting, but sometimes the symptom never develops to that point. There is no real way to tell over the internet what any individual body is going to do. Best wishes for feeling better.

IBS: It's very rare to have the diagnosis of IBS at such a young age? Have you been worked up for celiac disease, autoimmune conditions, obtained an EGD and colonoscopy with biopsy to assess if it's IBD which includes chron's and ulcerative colitis? Usually I see IBS in patients around there 30s after a thorough diagnosis has ruled out other causes.

Gastritis: You may have inflammation of the stomach lining (gastritis), peptic ulcer, gall bladder problems or even pancreatic problems and you should be evaluated by your physician or a gastroenterologist as soon as possible in view of persistent symptoms. In the meantime follow a light bland diet and drink flat ginger ale to control nausea and vomiting until you're examined.

Why I keep on vomiting when my stomach is getting empty?

Gastritis: When the stomach is empty it's acidity increases. If there is a problem such as gastritis or ulcer symptoms will increase as the stomach gets more acidic. A common cause of this is an infection by a bacteria called h. Pilori. It is important to have this checked out as it is very treatable. There are several ways to diagnosis it and even more to treat it. See your pcp for starters.

I've always had a sensitive stomach, but now I can't keep anything down. Even worse, every time I eat I vomit blue stuff! Help!

You do need help!: I really can't make much of the blue vomit: perhaps bile (yellowish/greenish) mixed with pink Pepto-Bismal or something you might be taking? Most concerning: not keeping anything down. One can wait it out if it is just a bug (12-36 hours), but if longer you need prompt/immediate medical attention to prevent serious complications from dehydration, etc. Go to the ER or your doctor's today! Good luck!

I had pain in upper stomach and it last the whole day and I felt like I want to vomit but I didn't what might this be?

Upper stomach ache: Upper stomach pain can be a sign of gastritis, or irritation of the lining of the stomach. This can be caused by acid overproduction, bacteria and viruses, spicy or acidic foods and drinks, such as caffeinated and alcoholic drinks. Sometimes a simple anti-acid medication might help along with avoiding acidic foods that further irritate it. If the pain gets worse, go in to check it out.
