How do u tell the difference between morning sickness & stomach flu? I have no vomit or diarrhea. Just have abdominal pain, nausea, headache, fatigue.

Avoid all aspirin, Advil, Aleve (NSAIDS).

Likely, yes: But it's not "the flu". Its a different virus, but it causes a lot of vomiting and watery stools. The problem I have is the complaint of "terrible abdominal pain". You should urinate minimum of once every 12 hours - less often my indicate dehydration. Lips and mouth dryness, no tears for kids.
