Unlikely: A "stomach bug" is usually due to food poisoning which self resolves in 24-48 hrs or a viral illness which results in nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea and resolves in 2-4 days. Key is hydration with electrolytes replacement. Nausea and all other symptoms resolve when illness ends. If you are experiencing chronic nausea, it could be signs of something else.
