Pain: It is hard to make a diagnosis without proper history and physical examination. However if you just suffered a stomach flu i assume that you were in bed for extended period of time. The back pain that you are experiencing could be due to musculoskeletal origin. Perhaps stretching and massage may help. Immune: If you had the same virus and you have recovered and you have a normal immune system, you should be immune and not susceptible from transmission of that virus back to you. (by the way, the best name for this is gastroenteritis. It's not really the flu because it is highly unlikely that the virus causing these symptoms is an influenza strain.). ...Read more

Stay hydrated: Make sure you're taking enough fluids, and eat only a bland diet until you feel completely better.
