Yes: Your uterus is a muscle and it will spasm. Make sure not peeing all the time. If the pain goes to one side and is getting worse and you haven't had an ultrasound, get one. Likely normal: It is still best to ask your OB and for explanation and a good exam. As the uterus rises, like any tissue, it causes discomfort and pressures on surrounding tissues even the bladder.
