Gas: Also look into an "elimination diet". Trying taking out one thing at a time for 5days and see if it helps. Start with things like dairy, artificial sweeteners, wheat, carbonation, caffeine. After taking them out, reintroduce them to see if the symptoms return. Take your time eating. Swallowing air is a big cause of gas. Infection/virus: Seems like you have a gastroenteritis. If you had bloody diarrhea, it may be bacterial infection/gastroenteritis. If the diarrhea was watery, it may still be bacterial infection; however, viral gastroenteritis may be more likely.
