Tricky: Blue covers a wide area. Black would be typical for ulcer and with pain is a serious condition.
It's hard to get blue.
Prussian blue and methylene blue antidotes or other food dyes. Beets are blue-purple.
sky blue is very unusual and would imply both a dye AND something that makes the stool pale (liver disease for example).

This: This sounds like a mild case of gastroenteritis (stomach flu or food poisoning). The symptoms usually resolve in about a week or so. The key is to maintain hydration and eat a bland diet until the symptoms subside. If more than a week goes by without resolution, she has a persistent fever, or you notice blood, mucus, or parasites in the stool you should bring her to a doctor right away.
