What would cause stomach cramps for 3 days now that is relieved temporarily after eating and lying down? No throwing up or diarehea.

So many causes: Impossible to give an answer without more info: age, other medical issues, current medications, travel, etc. However red flags are weight loss, night time symptoms, blood in stool or vomit, fevers, severe pain that lasts for more then 1 hour.
