Maybe related or not: There are a lot of possibilities, but your description of nausea/stomach pain raises that of gastritis & ulcers due to headache drugs. Stop non-prescribed nsaid's (aspiriin, advil, aleve, motrin, etc.) & consider acid reducer Rx (Prilosec, Prevacid, Nexium, (esomeprazole) etc.). Infection/virus: Seems like you have a gastroenteritis. If you had bloody diarrhea, it may be bacterial infection/gastroenteritis. If the diarrhea was watery, it may still be bacterial infection; however, viral gastroenteritis may be more likely. Either way, keep yourself hydrated, rest and if you feel lightheaded, you may want to go to the ER to get IV fluids and possibly a GI cocktail to help your symptoms. ...Read more

Probably, but....: These are typical viral illness symptoms, in which case they will resolve within a week or two. General measures include drink lots of clear fluids, broth, tea, water, ginger. The bad headache is a bit worrisome, but the most common cause of that is dehydration (those with chronic ha--drink 60 ounces clear fluid daily: watch).
