Digestive issue: Is the simple answer. Could be you ate something that literally disagrees with you. Could be lack of digestive enzymes or overeating. Could be irritable bowel. Abdominal pain: Consider evaluation for gastritis/reflux/ H pylori but more so gallbladder as it can be precipitated by fatty food. Consider allergy?: Perhaps there can be some type of allergy you have with certain foods? My suggestion would be to keep a food diary of everything you eat along with how you feel after those meals.
