I traveled to a place with a 12 hour time difference from where i live and my stomach feels bloated, full and heavy?

Could be normal: It is not unusual to get constipated or "gassy" with long travel. Make sure to drink lots of water, eat fresh fruits and veggies and other high fiber foods, and use a gentle stool softener like docusate sodium for a short period if needed. My stomach and chest feel hollow all day, like i need to eat but can never get full. Even after i eat and am bloated. What could it be?

Need more info: You should be seen, a full history obtained and examined by preferably an internist or family practitioner first, and then if necessary referred to an appropriate subspecialist (perhaps a GI doc). Do not wait on this. You should be diagnosed, and managed soon. Hope you are better quickly. Good luck. ...Read more
