More than 1 problem: The brown discharge with Implanon is exceedingly common and may last a few days, a few weeks, or a few months. Be patient, but if it is intolerable it is treatable. Signs of healing:
Itching is commen for having stitches. You are healing. Are the stitches the dissolvable ones, they are more prong to itching. It is still fresh from the skin tag removal so "burning" with contact is not unusually either. Aquaphor ointment generously on the area.
