Surgeon knows: A CT will,give better results on bone healing, your surgeon knows that. Infection is possible from your description as well as a non Union. Depends: An acl reconstruction has usually calmed down by 7 weeks. However, there can be many reasons for swelling. Swelling along the inner part of the knee could mean that you are still limping on the knee (and need to continue working on quad exercises).
