Complicated problem: This sounds much too complex to expect clear answers on a forum like this, especially with such brief questions and replies. Foul vaginal odor usually is bacterial vaginosis, not UTI -- but you could have both. If an infectious diseases specialist is not involved in your care, that probably is something to consider. Or, since you're in UK, maybe an NHS GUM clinic. Good luck!

Cervical: Burning or stinging pain between the shoulder blades is often times referred pain from the neck. It could indicate a pinched nerve or sometimes a thoracic entrapped nerve. This can be a tough area to treat and would first advise massage and parascapular strenghthening. Occasional otc NSAID also can help. If persists would seek attention.

Many causes!: There are far too many causes to name or list. Likely it is a surface irritation that should resolve with artificial tears!
Nasal lubrication: Most causes of nasal burning are related to dry membranes, often during a cold or winter. Applying a lubricant such as vaseline on a regular basis (every 3-4 hours while awake) should relieve your symptoms. If they persist, a visit to an ENT specialist could be valuable.

See an OB/GYN: Obviously this is not normal, but there is no way to make a diagnosis over the internet. You need to undergo an examination and get this worked out. Good luck.
My wife is having a sharp stinging sensation in her lower left abdomen what could this be and will it require us to take a trip to the e.R?
Yes: Either the er or a doctor, sooner rather than later. It could be inflammation of the colon called diverticulitis. If it becomes infected it could form an abscess and be a threat. She needs an exam and possibly imaging of her abdomen. Depending on what is found she may need antibiotics and possible surgery. It could be something much more benign, but find out.
I am experiencing a burning/stinging sensation that travels up the side of my face to the top of my head on the left side. What could this be?
Nerve: Sounds like the first branch of the fifth cranial nerve which exits your skull just in front of your ear. Go see your doc and if he can't help see a good neurologist. Good luck!
