Burning sensation and pain in lower right leg, numbing sensation in foot, pinching sensation in hip ? No back pain.
Depends: I would like to know where the pain starts. If it originates at the buttock it is possible that the problem could be coming from the back despite not having back pain. My advice would be to get an EMG to rule out a radiculopathy, consider imaging of L-spine and Right Hip, and based on these results decide further tx. Buttock pain could be coming from back, hip or SI joint. Further w/u needed. ...Read more

C-spine disease: This sounds more like a cervical radiculopathy type of pain with a resultant tension type of headache and radiation of the nerve to the shoulders. Still you have to be seen so as not to miss anything more severe. A good exam and a good advise is best as the pain may be simple to treat as a symptom but the underlying disease may not be as easy. Go to your md. ...Read more
Neck pain on left side. I also get a pinching feeling in the same side of head and the back of head starts burning?
May be pinched nerve: If the pain that you feel is worse with bending your neck to the side and slightly backwards, it may be a pinched nerve (radiculopathy). The symptoms usually radiate to the arm or shoulder under those circumstances. If your symptoms are slightly better in that same position, then it could be myofascial pain or spasm. These indicators are not absolute but should be evaluated by your doctor. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Dull neck pain in the back of the neck on the right side where shoulder meets. Sharp pain when swallowing in that area.
See a physician: This may be something as simple as a rib that is out place, but with a sharp pain during swallowing, i would recommend seeing a physician and having an examination, possibly imaging to make sure something more serious is not occurring. If everything bad is ruled out, then consider manipulation and physical therapy. Again, i would first recommend evaluation by a physician. ...Read more
