Your best bet: Is to review these issues with your primary care doctor. They could be anxiety related but may also be related to another process. You may be dealing with a type of arthirtis, autoimmune disorder, or even a conditon called raynaud's phenomenon (condition affecting the vessels in the hands); causing the hands to be cold and/or numb, turn red or even blue.
