Evaluation needed: But you already knew that. I would recommend seeing your regular doctor, getting an xray of your neck. You will likely also need a few more tests including an MRI and emg/ncs. Stress headaches: Sounds like tension headaches which result from poor posture or maintaining prolonged positioning of neck w/o taking breaks.
