After spending 8-11 hours standing and walking on concrete floor working I get pain iin my feet and stiffness in my ankles what can I do to stop this?
Care for your feet: Taking care of your feet is very important when you spend long periods of time on them. Properly fitting shoes with good arch supports and sufficient cushion for walking (which is different for running or for court sports) is very important. Also consider additional arch supports (not just insoles which are flat) that go in your shoes. Spenco is one of many brands of arch supports available.See 1 more doctor answer

A high percentage of people who have never been exposed to Lyme's disease will have such antibodies. A person who is infected would be expected to have more antibodies that bind a higher percentage of the proteins in the test (>4 + IgG results, statistically).

Had red rash all over body.4 days I'm on 3 different anitihistamin. Now joint stiffness, swelling feet, ankles, hands, wrist. What could this be?
Food Allergies?: Three antihistamines you are taken, are they prescription antihistamins or you are taking over the counter like claritn, benadryl, (diphenhydramine) Allegra or zyrtec. And do you know what you are allergic to. If not already I will recommend you consult an allergist. Food allergies can cause rash and swelling of joints as well and rheumatoid arthritis can cause rash. So consult your md/allergist/rheumatologist, some one.See 2 more doctor answers

Had ankle fracture yr ago. Some stiffness, swelling. Most pain front of joint when bending knes over foot. Some popping and pain near inside archilles?
Get a recheck: Stiffness, pain, and swelling are common symptoms after an ankle fracture, even if it is healed. Depending on the severity of the fracture, arthritis can develop within the joint and also along the edges. The extra bone formation around the front or back can cause the pain you are experiencing with bending. Xrays and an evaluation by your foot specialist or orthopedist is recommended.See 2 more doctor answers

Athlete think w/sesamoiditis (clean xray 1 mo ago).pain getting much worse w/PT. Noticing ankle stiffness and top of foot discomfort. Stress fracture?
It's possible: Stress fractures in the midfoot are common after an injury to the toe region since patients compensate more during that recovery... which can weaken the midfoot bones. Definitely get checked out and an xray to confirm any fractures!
