Needs more info: Confused about your question. Can you feel a lump or not. You should be able to feel your collarbone and follow it all the way to the end. Bone feels hard. You may feel a lymph node under your collarbone but that would be movable. Feels almost like a small soft marble. Should not be tender to touch.
