Yes and no: Vaginal yeast usually irritation or itching, sometimes with scant clumpy white discharge, no odor. Discharge due to STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas) usually yellowish, often with odor, usually little irritation. Bacterial vaginosis thin, gray discharge, strong odor, no itch.
