Gonorrhea, chlamydia: Chlamydia and gonorrhea are the only STDs likely to cause pelvic/abdominal pain, due to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). Either can also cause burning with urination. But the main problems that cause genital burning in women are herpes and yeast infection, which don't cause pelvic pain. Given your age, a tumor or polyp of the bladder isn't likely, but stranger things have happened. In any case, you should get checked out by a Urologist.
