Only getting 4-6hrs of broken sleep cause 8 month old. I try napping doesn't happen often. I'm tired & have a constant headache. I'm a stay @ home mom?
Early stages of : parenting an infant R tough. It's important however 2 find a way 2 get adequate sleep. Some parents take turns feeding the 2 am meal. If U R nursing it is worth pumping and letting your partner feed the baby. Soon your child will B sleeping all night and it will get easier. My mom is overweight. She has acidity problem and her body gets tired. Suggest ways to reduce weight and cope acidity and tiredness issue.
Get involved: Overweight causes both reflux & fatigue. Reflux treatable with meds. Make sure fatigue is not from low thyroid or sleep apnea (is she nodding off?). If she already had obesity surgery, we wont solve this over the internet. She has to work with her team & to want to get better using diet and daily exercise. Glad you are involved. Expend energy.: When you go to the store - park your car farther from the store - so you get more walking in. When you are bringing items from one floor to the next in your home, carry less - so that you have more trips (stair climbing). In commercial buildings opt to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Take her to see doc: Not sure i understand everything you've posted which is what makes it difficult to give thoughtful answers w/o exchange of information. Not sure why leg trouble (what kind?) has to do w/vomiting from "weak bowels" which could lead to being tired & weak.
