Ketosis: Most likely this is ketosis, but not ketoacidosis. Ketoacidosis occurs in people with type 1 diabetes and no insulin production. Ketosis occurs in all of us if we do not eat much, especially if we don't eat carbs. People on low carb diets have ketosis all the time.
