Intercostal neuralgi: Sounds from the information you give that you may have what is commonly called a "pinched nerve) in your dorsal (back) vertebrae. May have been caused by coughing really hard. Also to be considered is a lung infection. Please see your family physician as you may need a chest x-ray. If normal I would also suggest seeing an osteopathic physician for manipulation of your back.

Constant ache left side about 2" from ribcage/upper stomach area. Sometimes slight stabbing pain. What could be wrong?
Chest pain: It seems more like a costochondritis, but I am a little confused as to the location. This occurs usually about the 4th-6th costochondral junction about 2 inches from the sternum. Try to press and it hurts. And the treatment initially are nsaids like advil (ibuprofen) or alive. Nevertheless, see your doctor to make sure.

Pain in the spleen area, already have had tests run for pancreatitis and lower and upper endoscopy. Ct's from a couple months ago were nomral. I am experiencing stabbing pain in my left side, just under my rib cage which radiates straight down my abdome
Muscle spasm: Upscale spasm of the abdominal wall (or muscle strain, tear, etc.) can ALS be a cause. Sometimes people will even feel a bulge which sounds like a hernia, but may in fact be the contracting muscle. Usually the area is manually massaged, and there is pain relief after a few minutes. A ct scan should be able to tell the difference, but it is very unlikely to be a hernia in that area. Try aspercreme.See 1 more doctor answer

Constipated?: If so, going to the bathroom will help. Fever? Maybe infection of a pocket in the intestines. If you have a fever, please see your medical provider.
Leaned slightly forward, 5 second Stabbing pain in upper abdomen and then up between breasts. Then waved arm and another similar pain. Gas? Heart?
Anatomy: So, you are asking how you can feel pain when you move into a position that causes squishing of some internal organs, and/or your lungs and the muscles in the abdomen or chest and then have short pain. It is not your heart or gas. It is the squishing and stretching of muscles and organs and a physician would be surprised if you felt nothing.
Had upper abdomen stabbing pain...then I sneezed twice and it went away...any thoughts? It happens sometimes after I eat but never that bad.
Abdominal pain: Probably a muscle spasm but if it is recurrent, associated with the same event each time (eating; sneezing) and only on the same side each time there is the possibility of a Spigellian hernia. This can be felt if you are slender as a lump just to one side of the Rectus sheath (your "six pack") that comes and goes, or by ultrasound.See 1 more doctor answer

When I bend over the last couple days I get a very painful stabbing pain on the left center of my stomach. Help?
Going to your doctor: Is what I would say is necessary. Especially considering your description. Very painful is your body crying for help. Please don't ignore it. Possibilities aren't realistic from the other side of the world. And diagnosis isn't treatment, which is clearly what you need.
I'm wondering what it means when you have a semi-frequent stabbing pain in your stomach on the left sude that radiates around the back?
You should seek care: There are many causes of abdominal pain, some of which can be simply annoying, like constipation, others can be deadly. The best way to make sure it's nothing dangerous is to be examined by a health care provider. Most of the time the cause can be determined with a physical exam and a few simple tests. Less often, an imaging study or looking inside the gut with a scope (endoscopy) is needed.
