The pinky toe issue could be an interdigital corn or fungus, no feeling in your right leg only sounds like you may have a nerve impingement somewhere, pain to the top of the foot would need a clinical exam and possible xrays as hat is too broad a complaint. ...Read more

Because you describe your pain as being extreme despite the use of narcotics, I would certainly let your surgeon know.
