Get evaluated: Sometimes shoulder pain can overlap with cervical spine radiculopathy and therefore will not respond to injection. In addition to this you could have an underlying injury to your rotator cuff which is not responding to injection. Either way an MRI of the shoulder might be indicated if your pain has not resolved.
