CT maybe: Since the ultrasound did not show anything then we might consider other imaging possibilities . If we assume the ultrasound did look at the pelvis and ovaries and they were fine, then CT or MRI is the best method to see if there is muscle problem or something else . RLQ pain: As an er dr in a female i think of 2 more emergent things up front. Appendicitis which could include decr appetite and nausea. Or pelvic inflammatory disease/pregnancy in fallopian tube, intermittent ovarian torsion, or ovarian cyst.
