Been in bed all day with gastroenteritis. Stabbing chest pain on left getting worse as is severe back muscle pain. Any way to Aleve (naproxen) symptoms for rest?

Musculoskeletal: You are a young man and unless you have significant cardiovascular congenital history (being born with structural anomalies) or family history it would be rare for this to be coming from your heart.
