Could be some: I checked naturaldatabase. Com -- which says that siberian ginseng may inhibit both cytochrome p450 2d6 as well as 2d9. Prozac (fluoxetine) is metabolized by these same enzymes, so its metabolism could take longer, and build up in your system. These are potential interactions only, but you asked.
