How effective is sprintec? Is taken at the sametime everyday. Once in while I take it like 10 min late. Been on it for a year and months.

Should be fine.: If you have been on your pills for awhile the risk of failure very very low. You should be protected as long as taking on a daily basis. Taking at the same time is not absolutely essential for protection but it is a good habit to get into so you won't miss any of your pills. Not likely but: Birth control pills are very effective but not 100 percent. Sometimes medications like antibiotics and other medicines can interfere with them and make them ineffective.
