Sprained ankle: If you are in pain, see a doctor. Don't continue to walk on an injury. In Europe, the Pharmacist is a doctor and they can direct you to a specialist if needed. You should be using crutches to off load the ankle. Use ice, elevate and wrap up your ankle with athletic tape. But use the crutches to off weight bear the ankle.
