Subtle: Right sided heart failure would have to be fairly severe and sometimes longstanding to show significant changes on a standard CXR. Enlargement of the right ventricle and atrium are much better seen with an echo than a CXR. A skilled radiologist might detect some changes earlier than most but overall a standard chest X-ray is not a great way to look for or prove right sided heart failure. ...Read more

Tuberculosis ?: Could be several causes. TB is more common in your country and can cause pain from inflammation of pulmonary I tissue, can increase ESR and cause pulmonary effusion. Have you had a PPD test? This may be helpful but can also be positive is previously exposed but have no active infection. Spots: Spots, skin lesions, rashes etc. are all unfortunately impossible to diagnose over the computer. It certainly sounds like you have some definite skin conditions that need evaluating, diagnosing , and treating. "Spots" can sometime be a type of Tinea Versicolor, but as stated, you need an exam. Depends: It's hard for me to imagine the pain of a collapsed lung ( I have not have one) but i can imagine the sob. In sinus problem you cough and can cause pain, even rib fracture which was ruled out by xr. I can also cause sudden pulls on the intercostals, hence chest wall pain. Neck/back pain: Lung cancer is unlikely. The symptoms are more likely due to muscle/tendon strain or a disc herniation in the neck or mid back area. Smoking dries out the tissues and can accelerate arthritis. Smoking slows healing from muscle strains and tears too. Need more info...: And i advise waiting for the official radiologist or nuclear physician report. What is seen on the technologist screen is not of the same quality as the physician interprets.
